Pakistan Software Export Board, under its flagship initiative Revamping of IT Industry Landscape, has announced the launch of 300-hour export-oriented IT Bootcamps aimed at equipping the country’s IT talent for the global technology market. The program offers international certifications across cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and DevOps, reflecting a strategic push to strengthen Pakistan’s IT export capabilities while creating a workforce aligned with international industry standards. The initiative provides full subsidies for recent IT graduates from the last two years and substantial support for existing IT professionals, ensuring broad access to high-quality training.

The bootcamps are offered through leading institutions including MetaPi, Corvit, and Riphah University, each providing specialized courses and globally recognized certifications. MetaPi participants can pursue AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate, and Salesforce Certified Tableau Desktop Foundations, building skills in cloud technologies, business intelligence, and data visualization. Corvit offers the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) course, while Riphah focuses on the Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), supporting advanced IT professionals in achieving expertise in AI integration and DevOps practices.

By focusing on export-oriented training, PSEB aims to bridge the gap between domestic IT capabilities and the demands of international markets. This initiative not only enhances technical skills but also promotes familiarity with global workflows, project management standards, and certification requirements sought by multinational corporations. Participants gain hands-on experience while earning credentials that improve employability and competitiveness, positioning Pakistan’s IT talent as a reliable source for international IT services.

The launch of these bootcamps represents a continuation of PSEB’s efforts to strengthen Digital Pakistan’s technology sector. By preparing recent graduates and IT professionals for export markets, the initiative contributes to the broader strategy of creating sustainable IT growth, increasing software exports, and enabling Pakistani companies to participate more effectively in global digital projects. Prospective candidates can apply for programs via dedicated portals for each institution, ensuring accessible pathways to training and certification. These bootcamps provide a structured, high-impact opportunity for IT professionals to develop internationally recognized skills while supporting Pakistan’s position as an emerging IT hub.
