Pakistan Software Export Board has invited proposals from qualified event management firms for pre-qualification under an Open Framework Agreement, identified as A(01)/PSEB/2026-21. The invitation is aimed at building a panel of vetted event management providers for future assignments related to the board’s activities and programs.

Firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and possessing demonstrated experience in professional event management are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will be added to Pakistan Software Export Board’s panel, positioning them for consideration in future event management assignments carried out by the organization, which regularly hosts industry events, exhibitions, and training programs as part of its broader mandate to support Pakistan’s IT export sector.

The submission deadline for proposals is set for August 12, 2026 at 3:00 PM, with proposal opening scheduled to follow the same day at 3:30 PM. The complete bidding document, along with eligibility criteria, evaluation framework, and terms and conditions, has been made available through both Pakistan Software Export Board’s own channels and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s Electronic Procurement Management System. Sealed proposals are to be submitted to the Manager Procurement at Pakistan Software Export Board’s offices in Islamabad, located on Jinnah Avenue in the Blue Area, adjacent to Saudi Pak Tower.

The pre-qualification process reflects standard procurement practice for public sector organizations seeking to establish vetted panels of service providers ahead of anticipated future need, allowing Pakistan Software Export Board to streamline future event related procurement by drawing from a pre-approved list of qualified firms rather than running a fresh bidding process for each individual assignment. The move adds to the board’s ongoing operational and administrative activities as it continues supporting Pakistan’s technology export ecosystem through events, training programs, and industry outreach initiatives.
