Pakistan Software Export Board is inviting its registered IT and IT enabled services companies to join Cohort 2, Session 15 of its GAIN Online Awareness and Engagement Series, focused on Investment Readiness for Pakistan IT Companies. The session is scheduled for August 6, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time, and is exclusively open to companies registered with the board.

The masterclass will be led by Jehangir A. Raja, Chief Executive Officer of JR Dallas Wealth Management, who brings more than 35 years of global leadership experience as a financial executive, hedge fund manager, investment banker, registered investment adviser, and private equity investor. Raja is a member of the World Economic Forum and the Forbes Finance Council, and has advised businesses on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity placements, debt financing, and strategic investments across international markets.

The session is designed to walk participants through what international investors look for in technology companies, along with practical guidance on building investment ready businesses through strong corporate governance and financial transparency. Topics will also cover venture capital, private equity, angel investment, and institutional funding opportunities, as well as preparing for investor due diligence, company valuation, and fundraising processes. The session will additionally address positioning Pakistani IT companies for international expansion, strategic partnerships, and long term global competitiveness.

The GAIN series adds to a broader set of capacity building initiatives Pakistan Software Export Board has rolled out for its registered companies in recent months, spanning procurement training for the US public sector market, soft skills development programs, and now investment readiness coaching. As Pakistani IT companies increasingly look to scale internationally and attract external capital, sessions like this one reflect the board’s continued effort to build financial and governance literacy alongside its existing focus on technical and export capacity within the country’s technology sector.
