Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CM Pak Limited (Zong) to establish Zong Customer Facilitation Kiosks at 15 e-Khidmat Markaz across the province. The agreement was signed at Arfa Software Technology Park by PITB Director Development & Procurement Ata ur Rehman and Zong Executive Director Sales & Distribution Faheem Durrani on behalf of their respective organisations.

The signing ceremony was attended by PITB Director General e-Governance Sajid Latif, Additional Director General CFSC Aquil Khan, Chief Financial Officer Nadia Riaz, and Senior Program Manager Ghulam Ali. The Zong delegation included Deputy General Manager Commercial Centre A Aurangzeb Khan, Regional Director Commercial Centre Ejaz Jameel, Senior Manager Trade Marketing Obaid ur Rehman, and Senior Manager Commercial Planning & Business Support Sabahuddin Suleman.

Following the MoU, the Zong team visited the e-Khidmat Markaz at Arfa Software Technology Park, where PITB staff provided a live demonstration of ongoing service operations and citizen facilitation processes. The initiative aims to offer citizens convenient access to SIM cards, data packages, and other digital services through the new kiosks.

This collaboration reinforces PITB’s mission to provide modern, efficient, and citizen-friendly services while supporting digital connectivity across Punjab. The integration of Zong Customer Facilitation Kiosks at e-Khidmat Markaz is expected to streamline service delivery and enhance the overall experience for residents engaging with government and telecom services.
