PC Hospitality has announced a strategic partnership with Shiji Group, a global provider of hospitality technology solutions, aimed at enhancing operational performance and commercial efficiency across its growing portfolio. The collaboration will see PC Hospitality implement Shiji’s suite of cloud-based tools including Daylight PMS, Horizon Distribution, and Infrasys POS, centralizing property data and supporting smarter decision making. This move aligns with the company’s long-term technology roadmap and supports its ambition to remain agile, competitive, and efficient in a rapidly evolving hospitality market.

According to Bastien Blanc, CEO of PC Hospitality, the partnership represents an important step in strengthening the company’s technological infrastructure. He stated that integrating Shiji’s solutions will provide better tools for partners and help the company prepare for future expansion. The cloud-based systems are expected to improve visibility across distribution channels, enable faster commercial decisions, and provide scalable support for upcoming developments. Officials indicated that the integration will also enhance revenue management capabilities, operational workflows, and overall guest experience across hotels and other properties managed by PC Hospitality.

Shiji Group’s Managing Director, Anson Lau, highlighted the alignment between the two organizations in terms of efficiency and value creation. He emphasized that the partnership supports building a future-ready digital infrastructure capable of addressing evolving market demands. The collaboration will allow PC Hospitality to centralize critical operational data, enabling a more coordinated approach to portfolio management and strategic planning. The implementation of these solutions is designed to ensure that both existing and upcoming properties benefit from consistent operational standards and improved technology-driven performance.

PC Hospitality, the hospitality division of Hashoo Group, manages a diverse portfolio that spans luxury, premium, and midscale hotel brands including PC Signature, Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts, PC Residences, PC Legacy, Hotel One, Hotel One Vogue, and Roomph. The company also operates over 50 dining destinations through its PC Connoisseur Collection, offering restaurants such as DumPukht, Sakura, Bukhara, Marco Polo, and Tai Pan. Complementing its hospitality business, Pearl Tours & Travel provides car rental and travel solutions while the Hashoo School of Hospitality educates and trains future industry professionals through comprehensive graduate and diploma programs. The Shiji partnership is expected to strengthen operations across these multiple segments by creating a scalable technology ecosystem that supports efficiency, growth, and long-term strategic value.
