Pandago and Dukan have teamed to make it easier for Dukan’s 350,000 and growing small companies to transport their items to their consumers utilising Pandago’s 50,000 riders in over 50 locations throughout the country.
Dukan.pk is a fast developing full-stack eCommerce platform for ambitious businesses looking to enter the digital economy without having technical or digital marketing knowledge.

Anyone with a smartphone can start an eCommerce business with an integrated digital wallet, catalogue and inventory management, online payments, last-mile delivery, and sophisticated online marketing tools to generate orders.

Zohair Ali, Director Channel Success Dukan.pk, commented on the relationship, saying, “We want to help Dukan store owners take advantage of the growing wave of quick commerce. This partnership with pandago is a natural fit for both organisations. It broadens the Q-Commerce order fulfilment options available to Dukan merchants.”

According to Raafay Munir, Head of New Verticals at foodpanda, “The launch of pandago aims to solve logistical challenges, for businesses of all sizes particularly smaller ones, so that they can focus solely on their core business strengths and operations.”

“We are happy to extend our logistical expertise to Dukan to empower small businesses registered on their platform with the broader objective to bring accessibility, value, and variety to customers and businesses through our network,” he added.

Dukan is swiftly expanding into a digital aggregator of logistical services, delivering seamless interfaces with different partners, as a one-stop eCommerce solution for MSMEs.

Pandago’s huge network of riders will enable local retailers at Dukan to offer rapid and on-demand delivery of their items as part of this strategic relationship. Pandago’s procedure for booking, tracking orders, and collecting payments is completely integrated into the Dukan App, providing Dukan business owners with unrivalled ease.
