Pakistani technology company Eocean has won the Best XaaS Solution award at the Global Connectivity Awards held in London on April 9, 2026, with its flagship artificial intelligence-powered communication platform xNotify receiving one of the industry’s most competitive recognitions in the enterprise connectivity space. The win was accompanied by a feature in the Forbes Business Development Council 2026, placing xNotify among globally recognized platforms shaping the future of enterprise customer engagement. Pakistan IT Industry Association highlighted the achievement as part of its ongoing effort to spotlight the growing international footprint of its member companies.

xNotify is an enterprise-grade communication platform that enables organizations to manage customer engagement across multiple channels simultaneously, including WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, Email, and Push notifications, all powered by artificial intelligence and built to operate at scale. The platform currently serves enterprises across more than 180 countries, a reach that positions it among the most globally distributed software products to have been built and operated out of Pakistan. Its multi-channel architecture allows businesses to orchestrate customer communication workflows from a single platform, reducing the complexity and cost of managing separate tools for each communication channel while delivering the personalization and automation that enterprise-scale customer engagement increasingly demands.

The recognition at the Global Connectivity Awards is particularly significant given the competitive field of enterprise communication and customer experience technology, a space that includes well-funded international platforms with significantly larger marketing and development budgets than most Pakistan-based startups. For Eocean, the award represents external validation from an international judging body that the quality and capability of xNotify is competitive at the global level, not merely within regional markets. Pakistan IT Industry Association noted the achievement as a reflection of the growing presence of Pakistani technology platforms in global conversations around artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and digital communication infrastructure, and encouraged its broader membership to share similar milestones to build a more visible collective record of Pakistan’s technology sector achievements on the world stage.
