Pakistan has secured a remarkable achievement at the inaugural International Nuclear Science Olympiad (INSO) held in the Philippines. The Pakistani team, comprising four exceptionally talented students, brought home two silver and two bronze medals.

Team members Suleman Nauman and Subhan Kashif clinched silver medals, while Ehbaan Awan and Qasim Salam secured bronze medals. The students hail from prestigious institutions including Karachi Grammar School, Lahore Grammar School, GIKI, and COMSATS University, Islamabad.

Intensive training at the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS) University equipped the team with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel at the international competition.

This outstanding performance reflects the growing scientific prowess of Pakistani youth and underscores the country’s commitment to nuclear science and technology. The achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the students, their mentors, and the supporting institutions.
