Pakistan Influencer Awards is a national recognition platform that has been created to celebrate the digital creators who are shaping the digital landscape of the country. The platform recognizes creators, storytellers and communities who inspire, entertain and drive impact, and its public voting is now open through the official website, where audiences can cast their votes for the creators they support. The organizers describe the awards as a national celebration of creators, culture and influence, and they place the focus on people who build audiences through video, photos, short form content and other formats across the main social media platforms.

ARY Digital Network is the presenting media and OTT partner of the awards, which means that the programme is intended to reach beyond the stage. The organizers say that the partnership will bring the awards to millions of viewers through television and digital platforms in Pakistan and abroad. The awards are organized in a wide range of categories under the idea that influence comes in many forms. These include YouTube Creator of the Year, Instagram Creator of the Year and TikTok Creator of the Year, along with food reviewer, gaming, travel, lifestyle, beauty, fashion and fitness, and the website offers a page that lists all categories for visitors who wish to see the full range of awards.

The evaluation of nominees follows a multi layered process that combines data, expert opinion and the vote of the public. The first layer looks at data and performance, including analytics, growth, engagement and content quality. The second layer is made up of expert judges, who are industry leaders and specialists, and who assess creativity and impact. The third layer is the community vote, in which the audience votes for the creators it likes. The organizers describe the process as fair, transparent and driven by impact, and they say that the winners are meant to represent the best of the digital culture of Pakistan.

The awards are guided by an advisory board of industry leaders from communications, public relations, media and digital agencies. Its members include Fouad Husain, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Starcrest Communications, Tehmina Khaled, CEO of TAKE 2 PR, Hasan Rizvi, CEO of Body Beats PR, and Arsalan H Shah, Founder and CEO of Global Athlete Management Experts, together with leaders from agencies and media companies such as Cartel Media, Convex Interactive, Oktopus Group, AdStreet and Digitz Digitas. Hassaan Azhar serves as Director Partnerships and Growth, and he leads the strategic alliances of the awards. The organizers describe the programme as an effort to recognize the creators who are shaping tomorrow.
