The upcoming Pak–Kuwait Tech Investment Conference 2025, scheduled for 29 and 30 September in Kuwait, is shaping up to be a major platform for showcasing innovation, investment opportunities and cross-border collaboration. Among its highlights is a fireside chat titled “Pakistani Success Story in Kuwait,” designed to put the spotlight on Pakistani entrepreneurs who have successfully established and grown technology ventures in Kuwait. This session aims to offer attendees a deeper understanding of how Pakistani innovators are contributing to Kuwait’s tech landscape and how their success is strengthening ties between the two countries.

Moderated by Abu Bakar, CEO of Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the discussion will feature Naeem Mirza, Founder and CEO of AI Doctrine, and Ubed Arain, CEO and Managing Director of Gulf Consult. Together, these speakers will bring unique insights from their own experiences of building enterprises outside Pakistan while maintaining strong professional connections to the country’s tech sector. Their perspectives are expected to illustrate not just the scale of opportunities available in Kuwait but also the ways in which Pakistani talent is increasingly being recognized and integrated into international markets.

Organized with the support of Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan, Tech Destination Pakistan, Pakistan IT Industry Association (P@SHA), Special Investment Facilitation Council and Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), the conference underscores the government and industry’s shared commitment to expanding Pakistan’s footprint in global technology hubs. By highlighting individuals who have succeeded in Kuwait’s tech ecosystem, the fireside chat is also designed to encourage more startups and established firms from Pakistan to explore partnerships and investment opportunities abroad. The event will further strengthen linkages with stakeholders such as Amir Anzur, Shahbaz Hameed, Sidra Jalil, Abrar Qureshi, Qasim Khan and Mujtaba Abbas, who are part of Pakistan’s growing network of digital leaders.

Hashtags including #PakKuwaitTechTies, #PakKuwaitTechConnect, #DigitalPakistan, #ThinkTechThinkPakistan, #TechDestinationPakistan and #TechConference are already circulating on social media to promote the event and build anticipation. Organizers hope that the session will inspire participants with examples of entrepreneurial resilience and innovation while emphasizing the benefits of international collaboration. As Pakistan continues to position itself as a leading source of technology talent and solutions, events such as the Pak–Kuwait Tech Investment Conference provide a timely opportunity to strengthen bilateral ties and highlight success stories that can motivate the next generation of entrepreneurs and investors.
