Paismo has introduced a groundbreaking payroll solution, enabling companies in Pakistan to disburse salaries instantly through a one-click system. This new feature, developed in collaboration with Easypaisa Digital Bank, marks a major step forward in payroll automation, offering businesses a seamless and efficient way to manage salary payments.

The initiative aims to eliminate the delays and complexities associated with traditional payroll systems, where companies typically upload spreadsheets and manually process payments. Instead, Paismo’s system allows for direct disbursement to verified employee bank accounts or digital wallets once payroll inputs are approved. This innovation not only ensures timely payments but also enhances workforce satisfaction by providing employees with immediate access to their earnings.

For employees, the benefit extends beyond convenience. Many workers in Pakistan face security risks when withdrawing cash from ATMs or collecting salaries from cash offices, particularly around payday. By enabling direct transfers to digital wallets and bank accounts, Paismo’s new system helps mitigate these risks, offering a safer and more reliable way for employees to receive their income.

The introduction of this feature aligns with Paismo’s vision of modernizing human resource and payroll operations. The company aims to streamline people management through automation, addressing pain points that businesses often encounter in payroll processing. By simplifying salary disbursement, Paismo hopes to enhance retention strategies for employers, who can now offer “instant pay” as an incentive to their workforce.

The partnership with Easypaisa Digital Bank plays a crucial role in making this system possible. Easypaisa’s widespread network and digital banking infrastructure ensure that salary transfers are processed efficiently and securely. Employees can choose to receive their salaries in their Easypaisa wallets or their designated bank accounts, providing flexibility in how they manage their earnings.

Paismo is inviting businesses across Pakistan to adopt this innovative payroll solution. Companies interested in integrating one-click payroll disbursement can sign up through the Paismo platform or reach out to their representatives for more details. With this launch, Paismo is set to revolutionize payroll processing in Pakistan, making salary payments faster, safer, and more efficient for both employers and employees.
