God made both, the man and the world.
Man destroyed the world and created another world – the virtual world.
Man continues to destroy both the physical and the virtual worlds.
The story of how things go about in life, so far, are clear, right? Anything left to man would be. A man’s knowledge can never be said to be complete. Did he know that we would run out natural gas and oil, that is, by the way, dropped down to alarming proportions in this part of the world?
Depending upon the extent of man’s knowledge that is possessed is going to result in different fruitful results. One should have known that. Perhaps if they all synergized, as stated in the Holy Quran, how they do in Japan, the Orient, having already exported its ideas about the Kaizen theory as well as Yoga from the subcontinent too.
If he did not know about this being the future, then so it follows he does not have complete knowledge to anything. The creativity he was endowed with does lead him to innovation.
Good and evil, are the two energies more powerful to take over as opposed to the solar beams, the wind and the waves – any day. The technology is as good as its user, depending on how one uses it, though in itself it can not be categorized as good or evil. The final user experience should be simple and beautiful. Everything is riding on the intent (Secret not a secret, anymore is it?)

With so many linkages, approvals and difficulties related to getting the necessary work done to get the Bill passed.

The problem with Cyber Crime bill is that it is not coming out. With the good and evil wielding in the back end, and the intricacies of the web surfacing in this mucky terrain, we can only hope the bill survives.
