OnePlus has officially confirmed the launch date for its first N-series smartphone in the Indian market, with the OnePlus N6 set to debut on June 30 through Amazon India, the company’s own online store, and offline retail partners across the country.
The announcement came through a post on social media platform X, where OnePlus also shared the first official look at the device’s design without revealing any technical specifications. The teaser image shows the OnePlus N6 in black and light green colour options, featuring a square-shaped camera module on the rear panel that appears to house two camera sensors alongside an LED flash. The overall design closely resembles the recently launched Nord CE6, suggesting the N6 may share design language and possibly component sourcing with that existing model in OnePlus’s lineup.
Although OnePlus has not disclosed official hardware details, an earlier leak indicates that the N6 will sit below the Nord series in the company’s broader product hierarchy, positioning it as a more accessible entry point into the brand’s smartphone offerings. The device is expected to launch at a starting price under INR 20,000, placing it firmly in the budget segment of the Indian smartphone market, a category that remains intensely competitive given the volume of brands targeting price-conscious buyers in South Asia.
OnePlus has not announced a specific launch date for Pakistan, but the company’s smartphones have historically arrived in the local market shortly after their initial India debut, following a pattern that has held across previous OnePlus and Nord series launches. Based on this established release cadence, the OnePlus N6 is expected to reach Pakistan in the weeks following its June 30 unveiling in India, with further details on specifications, features, and local pricing likely to surface as the official launch event approaches.
