As the subject matter expert for public sector partnerships at JazzCash, Noorin Khan, the astute former project manager for the Ministry of Science and Technology (PSP).
JazzCash, which is the most downloaded financial services app in Pakistan according to Sensor Tower data, is in competition with other mobile wallet, mobile payment, and branchless banking service providers including EasyPaisa, UPaisa, and Zindigi.

Noorin, who is based in the Southern area, which includes Sindh and Balochistan, will serve as the focal point for developing JazzCash’s public sector portfolio, which includes disbursement solutions, the payment gateway, and in-app payment collections. Muhammad Adnan Sarwar, JazzCash’s regional manager for corporate partnerships, is the direct supervisor of the position, while Arif Chaudhary is in charge of the PSP team.

By integrating and onboarding massive ecosystems, the PSP team at JazzCash seeks high-value enterprises for the sale of disbursement and collections solutions. This team is in charge of attracting new clients while preserving connections with current ones.

The team serves as the main point of contact between a company and its clients, finds new markets and customer leads, pitches potential clients, gets to know the current public sector clientele, and works closely with them to upsell and ensure that business operations run smoothly. Noorin is the newest member of this team and brings with her proven experience managing difficult projects by taking full ownership from planning to rollout within the digital financial services.

She will use her strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to meet the performance expectations for this role, which is to sell JazzCash solutions.

According to Atyab Tahir, CEO of JazzCash,

“JazzCash is at the vanguard of Pakistan’s digital transformation processing more than five million transactions daily and accounting for over 7% of Pakistan’s GDP.” “We want to create a top-notch fintech that will serve every Pakistani, including young people, SMEs, and independent contractors, with a particular emphasis on the unbanked and underbanked. I’m excited to become a member of the Jazz team and work with our partners in the financial services and telecoms industries to realize the full potential of Pakistan’s digital economy.
