NETSOL Technologies Pakistan, in partnership with the Government of Pakistan and the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission, has announced the launch of Cohort 3 of the NIAI program, a fully sponsored three-month intensive training initiative designed to equip participants with job-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity. The program is offered completely free of charge, with over 1,600 fully sponsored seats available, and is being delivered in collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme and NAVTTC. Seats are limited and registration details are expected to be announced shortly.

The NIAI program is structured as an intensive, industry-led training experience delivered by practising experts, with a focus on building practical, immediately applicable skills rather than purely academic knowledge. Over the course of three months, participants will receive hands-on training across three of the most in-demand technology disciplines in today’s job market. Artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities are increasingly required across industries from financial services to healthcare and logistics, while Big Data Analytics skills are critical for organisations seeking to extract value from the rapidly growing volumes of data being generated by digital systems. Cybersecurity, meanwhile, has emerged as one of the most acute talent shortages in Pakistan’s technology sector, with demand from both the public and private sectors significantly outpacing the available pool of trained professionals.

The partnership between NETSOL Technologies and NAVTTC builds on a model that has already proven effective across two previous cohorts, with the third edition expanding access further through the fully sponsored seat structure that removes financial barriers for participants who would otherwise be unable to afford premium technology training. By integrating the program within the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme framework, the initiative also benefits from government-level visibility and institutional support, helping to ensure that outreach reaches young people across a broad geographic and socioeconomic range rather than concentrating in major urban centres alone.

NETSOL Technologies Pakistan, a listed technology company with a global footprint in leasing and finance software solutions, has positioned the NIAI program as part of its broader commitment to contributing to Pakistan’s digital skills ecosystem. For aspiring technology professionals, Cohort 3 represents a significant opportunity to access structured, expert-led training in fields where certified skills translate directly into employment prospects both locally and internationally. Interested candidates are advised to follow NETSOL Technologies Pakistan’s official channels for upcoming registration updates, given that available seats are expected to fill quickly based on the response to previous cohorts.
