National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) has introduced a groundbreaking digital solution: the NCC Smart CKO Portal (SCP). This innovative platform simplifies and streamlines the account opening process for investors in the equity market.

The NCC SCP marks a significant shift towards user-friendly digital onboarding.  Investors can now initiate and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process entirely online, eliminating the need for physical visits to offices. This initiative underscores NCCPL’s commitment to making investment opportunities more accessible and user-friendly.

The NCC SCP boasts a user-centric design. Investors can complete essential verifications (NADRA, Biometric, IBAN, and Mobile Number) and submit necessary documentation through straightforward steps. This ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Benefits for Investors and Brokers

The NCC SCP not only enhances convenience for investors but also offers significant advantages for brokers. Verified basic information and documents will be readily available through the SCP, streamlining the traditional account opening process for brokers.

Muhammad Lukman, CEO of NCCPL shares:

“The NCC SCP empowers investors by putting them in control of their account opening journey. The 24/7 access allows users to benefit from the portal’s convenience at their own pace, fostering a dynamic and efficient onboarding environment.”

Imran Ahmed Khan, COO of NCCPL:

“NCC SCP elevates the customer experience while streamlining operations. The portal empowers users to efficiently establish their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey.”

Shafiq Ahmed, CIO of NCCPL adds,

“The user-friendly interface of the portal enhances the customer experience. The simple design and built-in features empower users with improved functionality and efficiency, making account opening more accessible than ever before.”

The launch of the NCC Smart CKO Portal signifies a major step forward in modernizing the Pakistani equity market. By prioritizing digital solutions and user convenience, NCCPL is paving the way for a more inclusive and dynamic investment landscape.
