Nayatel has introduced the My Nayatel App, a mobile platform designed to help customers manage their internet and related services directly from their smartphones. The application aims to simplify routine account management by offering users access to billing, connectivity monitoring, and support features within a single interface. Already serving thousands of users across Pakistan, the app reflects the company’s broader push toward digital self service and improved customer convenience.

Through the My Nayatel App, subscribers can instantly view and pay their bills with only a few taps, eliminating the need to visit service centers or rely on alternative payment channels. The app also enables users to monitor their WiFi performance in real time and run built in connection diagnostics to identify and resolve common internet issues. By integrating troubleshooting tools into the application, Nayatel allows customers to address minor connectivity concerns independently, reducing downtime and improving overall service experience. Customer support access is also embedded within the platform, allowing users to seek assistance without placing calls or visiting physical offices.

A central feature of the application is its WiFi management functionality. Users can monitor connected devices on their network, adjust WiFi settings, and enable parental controls to ensure safer browsing within households. These tools provide greater transparency regarding network usage and offer families enhanced oversight of internet access. With growing demand for secure and reliable home connectivity, such features are increasingly relevant for users managing multiple devices and shared connections.

Beyond core internet management, the My Nayatel App also provides access to value added services offered by the company, including SPEED UP, ExitLag, and NAYA TV. Integrated support features such as Fauree Mashwara, which facilitates free online doctor consultations, extend the utility of the app beyond connectivity alone. By combining broadband management, digital payments, entertainment services, rewards, and support tools in one platform, Nayatel is positioning the application as a comprehensive digital companion for its subscribers. The My Nayatel App is available for download, offering customers greater control over their services while enhancing accessibility and ease of use in everyday account management.
