Motorola has officially entered the Pakistani market through a distribution partnership with CoreTECH, giving the company an official channel for its devices in the country for the first time. The partnership is expected to expand the availability of Motorola’s products across Pakistan, giving consumers access to official after sales support and warranty services alongside the company’s latest device launches.
As part of the partnership, CoreTECH has already launched the Motorola Moto G77 in Pakistan, priced at around Rs93,000 and available through both online and offline retailers. The device comes in Pantone Black Olive and Pantone Shaded color options, offered in a single configuration with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. CoreTECH has not announced additional Motorola devices for the Pakistani market beyond the Moto G77 so far, though given that the phone only launched globally last month, additional recent releases could potentially follow as the partnership develops.
Motorola’s other recent global launches include the Moto Pad 70 Groove tablet, the Edge 70 Max, the Moto Pad 70 Pro, and the Moto G Max, among other devices, though none of these have received official confirmation for release in Pakistan at this stage. Whether and when any of these devices arrive in the local market will likely depend on how CoreTECH structures its ongoing distribution rollout for the brand.
CoreTECH was established in 2020, building on a retail business its founders had previously operated under the YMobile name in Karachi. Since then, the company has expanded into mobile phone distribution, renewable energy solutions and technology manufacturing. In the smartphone segment, CoreTECH already serves as an authorized distributor for Xiaomi, Huawei, Apple and several other companies in Pakistan, alongside a wider technology portfolio that includes products from Lenovo, Acer and Dahua. The company also operates a solar energy business, distributing products from several international solar brands within the country, giving it an established distribution infrastructure ahead of taking on Motorola’s local rollout.
