Mercantile, Apple authorized distributor in Pakistan, has launched its Back to School campaign with two year warranty coverage on MacBook purchases, alongside special pricing and additional offers for students. The campaign is aimed at students preparing for the new academic year and includes the MacBook Neo and MacBook Air range, giving buyers access to extended warranty protection and discounts on selected services and genuine Apple accessories. Under the offer, each eligible MacBook purchase receives one year of Apple Limited Warranty along with an additional year of Mercantile Extended Warranty. The campaign is available from July 28 to December 31, 2026, and is being offered through Mercantile resellers across Pakistan. The initiative adds extended after-sales coverage to the purchase of MacBooks while also providing students with pricing and service benefits during the campaign period.
The campaign includes several MacBook configurations with different storage capacities and price points. The 13-inch MacBook Neo with 256GB storage is priced at PKR 229,999, while the 512GB version is available for PKR 269,999. The 13-inch MacBook Air with 512GB storage is priced at PKR 424,999, while its 1TB variant costs PKR 494,999. The 15-inch MacBook Air is available at PKR 494,999 for the 512GB configuration and PKR 644,999 for the 1TB model. The pricing gives students and other customers multiple options depending on their storage requirements and preferred MacBook model. The extended warranty applies during the campaign and combines Apple’s standard one year Limited Warranty with an additional year of coverage provided by Mercantile. This means eligible purchases receive a total of two years of warranty coverage, giving buyers longer access to authorized after-sales support for their devices.
Students purchasing a MacBook Neo during the Back to School campaign will also receive a flat 10 percent discount on eligible Mercantile Care services and genuine Apple accessories. The eligible products and services include accessories such as the Magic Mouse, Magic Keyboard and AirPods 4, alongside applicable Mercantile Care services. The 10 percent discount is available from July 28 through December 31, 2026, and can be used multiple times during the campaign period at Mercantile Care service centers in Lahore and Islamabad, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Customers can purchase the eligible MacBook models through Mercantile resellers nationwide, after which the additional service and accessory discount can be redeemed through the designated Mercantile Care locations. The campaign therefore combines device pricing with warranty coverage and post-purchase benefits, providing students with additional options for accessories and service requirements after purchasing a MacBook.
Mercantile said the Back to School campaign is designed to make genuine Apple products more accessible to students while providing authorized warranty and service support. The company noted that students increasingly rely on laptops for activities including online learning, research, software development, graphic design, content creation, video editing and productivity tasks, with artificial intelligence based workflows also becoming more common. The campaign is consequently focused on MacBook models that can support a broad range of academic and professional activities while offering additional warranty protection. Mercantile operates as Apple authorized distributor in Pakistan and provides its products through a network of trusted resellers, while Mercantile Care provides authorized service support. Customers interested in the campaign can purchase MacBook Neo or MacBook Air models from participating resellers and access the applicable warranty and student benefits during the offer period. The combination of extended coverage, student pricing and discounts on selected accessories and services gives the campaign a broader focus than a standard device promotion, particularly for students seeking a MacBook for education, creative work and professional development.
