Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) of Pakistan is actively seeking visionary professionals to join the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP), a World Bank-funded initiative aimed at transforming the nation’s digital public infrastructure. This project seeks to revolutionize public service delivery, integrate advanced technologies, and shape a future-ready digital landscape for millions of Pakistanis.

DEEP’s primary objective is to enhance the government’s capacity to deliver digitally enabled public services to citizens and businesses. The project focuses on expanding access to digital services, promoting their use across Pakistan, and supporting reforms to improve broadband connectivity and strengthen the policy and legal framework for the digital economy.

The MoITT is inviting applications for various positions, including Financial Management Specialists and Digital Transformation Experts. These roles are designed for innovators and strategists eager to make a significant impact on Pakistan’s digital future. International consultants are also encouraged to apply, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to the project.

Interested candidates can apply through the official website: www.njp.gov.pk. The application deadline is 15 days from the publication of the advertisement.

By joining DEEP, professionals have the opportunity to contribute to a transformative initiative that aims to bridge the digital divide, empower citizens, and drive economic growth through technology. This project aligns with Pakistan’s vision to become a digitally inclusive nation, fostering innovation and improving the quality of life for its people.

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come.
