Pakistan’s ties with Japanese companies are growing day by day. The export/import business has brought in lots of revenue for the Pakistani businessmen.

To improve on the current situation, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Karachi office has decided to set up a Japan Business Exhibition at a prominent hotel in Karachi on 7th and 8th of December this year.

The purpose of  holding the exhibition is to showcase the strength of the Japanese companies under one roof, and to highlight the potential market and business investments.

It is expected that 18 of the most prominent Japanese companies will be present at the exhibition, to promote their products and business ventures.

These companies will present a wide range of products to be displayed at the exhibition, some of which are as following:

  • Healthcare/skincare.
  • Textile accessories.
  • Auto sector related.

JETRO Booth

One additional perk to this exhibition will be the JETRO Booth, which will provide detailed information regarding the latest developments in the Japanese market, prominent companies, business matching information and will also share information about opportunities to participate in exhibitions in Japan in future.

This exhibition is a chance for JETRO to welcome various business visitors to the exhibition. The exhibition will also play a crucial role in convincing big players to invest and establish business linkage with Japan.

Currently there are around 80 Japanese and Japanese affiliated companies in Pakistan. Their brands are well-known and hugely appreciated by the Pakistan community.

JETRO Karachi is the facilitator organization for trade and investment, which has always prioritized bilateral economic relations between Pakistan and Japan.
