JazzWorld has reported revenue of PKR 144.9 billion (Pakistani rupees) for the third quarter of 2026, an increase of 26.6 percent compared with the same period last year. The results were announced on November 7, 2026, and show the company continuing to grow across connectivity and digital services. Revenue for the quarter was higher than the PKR 139.4 billion reported for the second quarter of 2026, which had itself risen 25.3 percent year-on-year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) increased 23.9 percent year-on-year to PKR 65.2 billion during the quarter. The latest figures follow a first half in which JazzWorld crossed PKR 269 billion in revenue, up 23 percent, and they place the third quarter growth above the pace recorded over the first six months of the year.
Digital services were the main driver of the quarter. Digital services revenue grew 47.9 percent year-on-year to PKR 58.1 billion and accounted for 40.1 percent of total revenue, up from 34.3 percent a year earlier and from 38.7 percent in the second quarter. Financial services revenue rose 67.6 percent year-on-year during the quarter, adding to the momentum from the previous quarter, when the segment grew 53.3 percent to around PKR 39.0 billion on the back of lending, payments, merchant services, and small and medium enterprise (SME) solutions at JazzCash. Gross Transaction Value increased 79.2 percent year-on-year to PKR 6.9 trillion, while the merchant network expanded to approximately 2 million, including 957,000 active merchants. Together these numbers show how much of the growth now comes from services beyond voice and data.
Telecommunications and infrastructure revenue also grew, rising 15.5 percent year-on-year to PKR 86.8 billion, which keeps the core connectivity business expanding at a steady pace alongside the digital segment. In the second quarter, the segment had grown 15.8 percent to PKR 85.5 billion, supported by pricing, prepaid monetization, multiplay offers, and higher data consumption. Network investment rose 68.9 percent during the third quarter. In the second quarter, the company had said its investment of PKR 20.4 billion, up 27.4 percent, reflected the start of its 5G rollout following the recent spectrum acquisition, and the latest rise in investment continues that spending on capacity and next generation services.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Aamir Ibrahim said that when JazzWorld was introduced as a digital services platform, the aim was to reflect how people were already using the services of the company, and that digital services now account for 40 percent of revenue. The company has described its strategy as building an integrated digital services provider that brings together connectivity, artificial intelligence, and financial services. Computerworld Pakistan covered the earlier results when first quarter revenue crossed PKR 130 billion, up 20.6 percent, with digital revenue at about 37 percent of the total. Comparing the three quarters shows revenue growth moving from 20.6 percent in the first quarter to 25.3 percent in the second and 26.6 percent in the third, while the share of digital revenue climbed from about 37 percent to 40.1 percent over the same period.
