Indus AI Week has officially announced the opening of its nationwide Call for Partners, inviting universities, technology hubs, corporate innovators, and community leaders to become part of a growing movement focused on advancing artificial intelligence across Pakistan. The initiative aims to bring together a diverse range of stakeholders under a unified platform to encourage dialogue, skills development, and collaboration around AI technologies. Through this call, organizations from across the country are being encouraged to host partner events that will take place under the Indus AI Week umbrella, contributing to a shared vision for the future of AI in the region.

The Call for Partners is designed to support a wide variety of event formats, allowing participating organizations to tailor their contributions based on expertise and local needs. These partner events may include technical workshops, hands on training sessions, research focused discussions, innovation showcases, or policy oriented roundtables that explore regulatory, ethical, and economic dimensions of artificial intelligence. By enabling decentralized participation, Indus AI Week aims to create an inclusive environment where insights from academia, industry, and community groups can collectively help define the AI roadmap for Pakistan. This approach reflects an understanding that sustainable AI development requires input from multiple sectors rather than a single centralized effort.

Organizers of Indus AI Week have highlighted several incentives for organizations choosing to partner with the initiative. Partner institutions will gain national visibility through association with what is described as the largest coordinated AI movement in the country. This exposure is expected to strengthen institutional profiles while also attracting talent, collaborators, and future opportunities. In addition, partners will gain direct access to a growing network of AI professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts who are actively engaged in shaping the local AI ecosystem. This network is intended to facilitate knowledge sharing, mentorship, and collaboration across regions and disciplines, creating long term value beyond the duration of the events themselves.

Another key aspect of the partnership opportunity is the chance to contribute directly to discussions that influence AI priorities and policy direction. By hosting events under Indus AI Week, organizations are positioned to bring forward perspectives from their respective communities, whether related to workforce development, responsible AI use, sector specific applications, or governance frameworks. This participatory model is aimed at ensuring that the resulting AI roadmap reflects practical realities and diverse viewpoints from across Pakistan. The initiative also aligns with broader Digital Pakistan objectives, which emphasize technology driven growth, innovation, and capacity building in emerging fields.

Registration for hosting a partner event is now open, with interested organizations able to submit their details through the official Indus AI Week platform at https://indusai.gov.pk. The organizers have encouraged early participation to allow sufficient time for coordination, promotion, and integration of partner events into the overall Indus AI Week schedule. By opening the Call for Partners at this stage, Indus AI Week is seeking to build momentum around AI engagement nationwide, fostering collaboration between institutions and individuals who are shaping the future of technology in Pakistan.
