Islamabad is set to host the Indus AI Summit on February 9, 2026, bringing together global and local experts to discuss the evolving role of artificial intelligence in business, finance, and technology. Jimmy Nguyen, a globally recognized entrepreneur, investor, venture builder, lawyer, speaker, and podcast host, confirmed his participation via LinkedIn, emphasizing his engagement with AI and blockchain ventures. The summit, hosted by Tech Destination Pakistan in collaboration with the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan, will provide a platform for knowledge exchange between government officials, investors, and industry leaders. More details about the event are available at Indus AI Summit.

Nguyen will participate in the panel titled “AI-Powered Growth: How Data, Products & Platforms Are Being Reimagined,” where he will discuss the intersection of AI, blockchain, and digital assets. In his LinkedIn announcement, Nguyen highlighted three ventures in his portfolio with a strong AI focus. wAI Industries, led by Ahsan Mashkoor and Abu Abdullah Ashar, is an enterprise AI platform from Pakistan expanding globally, delivering custom AI solutions for business applications. Nguyen also noted SignSplit Inc. Science, which integrates AI and blockchain to protect and monetize intellectual property, including research and scientific data, led by UAE-based Gleb Denisov and Dr. Mohamed Al Hemairy.

InvoiceMate, and its AI and blockchain-powered platform DeFa, is another venture Nguyen highlighted, focusing on invoice financing and lending for SMEs in Pakistan and the MENA region. Led by Muhammad Salman Anjum and Muhammad Ibrahim Salman, the platform demonstrates how AI and digital finance solutions can improve operational efficiency and access to capital for small and medium enterprises. Through these ventures, Nguyen illustrates the growing influence of AI across diverse sectors, from enterprise services to fintech and research protection.

The Indus AI Summit aims to provide participants with insights into global AI and emerging technology trends while exploring opportunities for Pakistan’s innovation ecosystem. By sharing his experience and expertise, Nguyen will contribute to discussions on how AI can reshape data-driven strategies, product development, and platform design. The event reflects Pakistan’s increasing focus on building an inclusive technology ecosystem, supporting startups, and advancing digital transformation initiatives across the country.
