FRAG Games, one of Pakistan’s most accomplished game development studios, is representing the country’s gaming sector at Tokyo Game Show 2026 as part of the official Tech Destination Pakistan delegation. The studio has built a track record of delivering complex gaming experiences for global brands including Netflix, Cartoon Network, Samsung, and Ford, positioning it among the more established names within Pakistan’s growing game development industry.

The studio’s portfolio spans both original titles and work on globally recognized intellectual property, including its own game Consortium: The Tower alongside development contributions to properties such as Steven Universe and Cobra Kai. This combination of original development and licensed IP work reflects the range of engagements FRAG Games has taken on, spanning game engineering, multiplayer systems, two dimensional and three dimensional art, and multiplatform development across different client requirements and project types. The studio’s ability to work across both proprietary content and major entertainment franchises suggests a level of technical flexibility that has helped it build relationships with international clients across entertainment, technology, and consumer brand sectors.

Technically, FRAG Games operates across both Unreal Engine and Unity, two of the industry’s most widely used game development platforms, giving it the flexibility to take on projects with differing technical requirements depending on client needs. The studio has also developed its own in house multiplayer platform called FBOMB, a proprietary system that supports the multiplayer components of its game projects and represents a distinct technical capability beyond what the studio offers through third party engines alone. This combination of established engine expertise and proprietary infrastructure positions FRAG Games to take on more ambitious, technically demanding game projects for international audiences.

At Tokyo Game Show, the FRAG Games team is available for meetings at the Pakistan Pavilion, located in Hall 4 at Booth 04-C07, where representatives are looking to connect with international publishers, developers, and studios interested in exploring co-development arrangements, art production contracts, and broader technical partnerships. The studio’s presence at the event, alongside other Pakistani gaming companies represented under the same delegation, reflects a continued push by PSEB and the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication to raise the international visibility of Pakistan’s gaming sector and connect local studios with global production opportunities. Additional details about Pakistan’s TGS 2026 delegation are available through the provided link, with FRAG Games representing one of several studios positioned to expand their international client base through direct engagement at the show.
