Gobi Partners, one of Pakistan’s most active venture capital firms, is teaming up with COLABS to host an engaging networking session titled “Founders’ Pizza & Pitch” in Karachi on November 8, 2025. The event will take place at COLABS Shahrah-e-Faisal and will run from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. It aims to create an interactive space where early-stage founders can showcase their ideas, receive constructive feedback, and gain valuable insights from experienced investors and startup mentors. Designed as an informal yet impactful gathering, the session will mix mentorship with a relaxed environment to encourage creativity, collaboration, and open dialogue among participants.

The initiative underscores Gobi Partners’ ongoing commitment to nurturing Pakistan’s startup ecosystem by engaging directly with emerging founders and helping them refine their entrepreneurial strategies. The event particularly welcomes female founders and AI innovators, reflecting a growing interest in inclusive entrepreneurship and technology-driven ventures. Founders at all stages are invited to participate, share their business ideas, and receive feedback on their pitch decks from investors and industry experts. This will be an opportunity for participants to not only learn from Pakistan’s most active VC network but also to strengthen their understanding of what makes a compelling pitch in today’s competitive investment environment.

Participants will have the chance to interact with key figures from the regional startup and venture capital community, including Naiel Ikram, Hisham Ibrahim CPA, CFA, Thomas G. Tsao, Jamaludin Bujang, Kashaf J. Muhammad Ali, Taufiq Abraiz Bin Abdullah, and Shahryar Bachani. These experts bring a wealth of experience across venture financing, technology, and entrepreneurship, ensuring attendees gain multidimensional feedback and actionable guidance. The session will also serve as an important platform for networking, allowing founders to connect with like-minded innovators and professionals working across Pakistan’s growing tech and business landscape.

The Founders’ Pizza & Pitch format combines the casual charm of an evening over pizza with the strategic purpose of mentorship and idea-sharing. This setup aims to make investors more approachable and create a space where entrepreneurs can confidently discuss their ideas, challenges, and growth strategies. With only 12 to 15 slots available, selected participants will be notified via calendar invites ahead of the event. Interested founders can register using the official sign-up link here, with the submission deadline set for Thursday, November 6, at 11:59 PM PKT.

By bringing together experienced investors, early-stage founders, and aspiring entrepreneurs, the event promises to encourage innovation, collaboration, and meaningful conversations that can contribute to the continued evolution of Pakistan’s startup ecosystem.
