DynaSys Networks has entered into a strategic tri-party Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Intel Corporation and Disrupt-X to foster the growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem in Pakistan. The signing ceremony took place during GITEX 2025 at the Pakistan Pavilion on October 16, marking a significant step toward enabling greater access to Intel’s advanced technologies for DynaSys Networks and strengthening Pakistan’s presence in the global technology landscape.

The agreement was signed by Renu Navale, Vice President of Edge AI and IoT at Intel Corporation, Asim Sajwani, Chief Executive Officer of Disrupt-X, and Ali Akhtar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DynaSys Networks. The collaboration reflects a shared vision among the three organizations to accelerate IoT adoption and digital innovation, while promoting cross-border cooperation in the rapidly evolving global technology industry. Through this partnership, DynaSys Networks aims to leverage Intel’s technical expertise and Disrupt-X’s IoT platform to build scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions that can address Pakistan’s emerging digital needs.

By integrating Intel’s leading-edge computing and connectivity technologies, the initiative is expected to enhance DynaSys Networks’ ability to deliver high-performance IoT infrastructure and services across various sectors, including smart cities, manufacturing, and energy management. The involvement of Disrupt-X, a global IoT platform provider, brings additional depth to the collaboration by offering cloud-based IoT solutions designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency through automation and real-time data insights. This alliance not only enhances the technological capabilities of Pakistani enterprises but also strengthens their competitiveness on a global scale.

GITEX 2025, one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions, provided an ideal platform for this collaboration to be formalized. The Pakistan Pavilion served as a hub for showcasing the country’s innovation-driven companies and facilitating new partnerships between local and international firms. For DynaSys Networks, this MoU reinforces its commitment to technological advancement, innovation, and meaningful global collaborations. It also demonstrates the company’s dedication to contributing to Pakistan’s digital transformation journey by aligning with international leaders such as Intel and Disrupt-X to introduce future-ready technologies to the local market.

This strategic partnership underscores the increasing importance of Pakistan’s role in the international technology ecosystem and highlights how collaboration between local innovators and global technology corporations can help accelerate the development of advanced digital solutions that serve both national and global needs.
