DigiMarvixx Private Limited and Digitalise Agency have signed a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding with the International Business Forum, establishing a partnership aimed at driving digital transformation, innovation, business growth, and collaborative sponsorship initiatives across Pakistan’s commercial and technology landscape.

The agreement was formally signed by Muhammad Sanaam Khan, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of DigiMarvixx Private Limited, Salman Adnan, Technology Partner at DigiMarvixx, and Ali Arsh Khan, Chairman and Founder of the International Business Forum. Through this alliance, the organisations aim to create new opportunities for businesses, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders by leveraging technology, knowledge sharing, and strategic networking, bringing together DigiMarvixx and Digitalise Agency’s digital and technology expertise with the International Business Forum’s network of business and industry connections.

The partnership reflects a broader pattern of strategic alliances forming between Pakistani technology firms and business networking organisations as companies look to combine technical capability with structured access to entrepreneurial and industry communities. By formalising the relationship through a signed memorandum rather than an informal arrangement, the three parties have signalled an intent to pursue sustained collaboration rather than a one-off engagement, positioning the agreement as a foundation for ongoing joint initiatives spanning digital transformation projects, sponsorship opportunities, and business development support for entrepreneurs operating within the International Business Forum’s network.

Representatives from both organisations described the agreement as a step toward building a future centred on innovation, sustainable growth, and impactful collaboration, with the stated goal of empowering businesses and strengthening Pakistan’s wider digital ecosystem. The partnership adds to a growing number of cross-sector collaborations within Pakistan’s technology and business community, where digital transformation increasingly requires combining specialised technical expertise with established business networks to scale ideas, reach new market segments, and support entrepreneurs navigating an increasingly digital-first commercial environment.
