Her Excellency Deemah AlYahya, Secretary General of Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), will deliver the keynote address at the upcoming Pak–Kuwait Tech Conference 2025, which is scheduled to take place on 29–30 September in Kuwait. This event represents a significant moment for regional technology stakeholders to engage on topics shaping digital economies, innovation, and cross-border partnerships.
