Telehealthcare services paving way to sort out non emergency issues with one call

Karachi: Aman Foundation is offering unique services of healthcare in Pakistan via their toll free number 111-11-3737. This system is designed to answer queries of 1000 people from all over Pakistan everyday. The doctor on call program is a 24/7 operated call centre works in three shifts. The agents are medically trained to advise, each shift overseen by a doctor who can tackle bigger issues and ensure that the right diagnosis is prescribed.

From the fear of theft: BankIslami Launches Cardless ATM

BankIslami has recently launched cardless atms using the popular biometric methods. Biometric systems are secure and convenient to rural and urban customers. There is no less risk involved, when a person is not carrying an atm card due to security threats. A customer can access his/her bank account using thumb impressions.  

Nokia Reveals Name of the New CEO

Rajeev Suri is named as the new CEO of Nokia. The Finnish firm announced this after selling its devices business to Microsoft. The new CEO is scheduled to take office on 1st May 2014. Suri, the Indian born leader has been a part of since 20 years and has been contributing significantly to make NSN a success.
