There is a gender gap in the country when it comes to technology and the role of women in the field of STEM. It is becoming increasingly important to include women in technology for the betterment of the economy and to open a field for women so they can truly transform their lives for the better.

Therefore, in order to create a more inclusive tech economy, ConsulNet is organizing training program to teach women how to code along with other necessary skills to kick start their careers in the field of technology.

The program is called CodeGirls and is to feature various courses such as Front End Development, Entrepreneurial Skills, Financial literacy, Soft skills, Solopreneurial Skills, and Awareness Sessions.

Partners for CodeGirls include: United Global Initiative, WomenInTech.pk, the Nest I/O, Ananke, and Genetech.
