COLABS, Cloudways, and Cursor Community Pakistan are co-hosting AI Build Out Karachi 2026 on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at COLABS Shahrah-e-Faisal, bringing together developers, freelancers, agency owners, and technology students for a hands-on evening of artificial intelligence native development, cloud infrastructure, and practical automation workflows.

The event is structured around Cursor, the artificial intelligence powered code editor that has rapidly gained traction among developers building software with large language model assistance, and Cloudways, the managed cloud hosting platform that simplifies deployment and infrastructure management for web applications and digital products. Participants will explore artificial intelligence native development approaches using Cursor, learn how to build and deploy faster using modern cloud infrastructure, work through practical workflows for prompting, coding, and automation, and gain insight into how artificial intelligence is reshaping web development at scale. The format is designed to be hands-on and practical rather than a passive presentation session, giving attendees direct experience with the tools rather than slide-deck introductions.

The Karachi developer and technology community has seen a growing number of artificial intelligence focused meetups and workshops over the past year as the global shift toward AI-assisted software development has accelerated, with tools like Cursor making it possible for developers to ship products significantly faster than conventional workflows allow. AI Build Out Karachi 2026 fits within that growing ecosystem of practitioner-focused events that prioritise real learning and peer-to-peer exchange over networking-heavy formats. For freelancers and agency owners in particular, the session offers direct exposure to workflows that can meaningfully improve their output speed and product quality, translating into stronger competitive positioning in both local and international markets. Interested participants can register at https://luma.com/zs57pz9w to secure their spot before capacity fills.

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come. CWPK is part of the SPIN/IDG Wakhan media umbrella.
