Bykea has announced a new corporate collaboration with BenchMatrix, bringing its BillToCompany service into action to support employee commuting in a more streamlined and convenient way. This partnership marks another milestone for Bykea in strengthening its role as a trusted ride-hailing and mobility partner for enterprises across Pakistan. By integrating its digital platform with BenchMatrix’s employee mobility needs, the initiative is expected to enhance operational efficiency while also providing staff members with a more reliable and seamless commute experience.

The collaboration was made possible through the efforts of senior representatives from both organizations. Taimur Kaleem, Chief Executive Officer at BenchMatrix, and Saad Alam, Admin Manager at BenchMatrix, played a central role in supporting the implementation of the service on the corporate side. From Bykea’s leadership, Saad Ali Khan, Head of Business Development and Operations, and Sameed Saad, Assistant Manager Sales, were instrumental in introducing the solution and ensuring that the partnership moved forward successfully. Their combined efforts reflect the shared commitment of both companies to drive innovation and convenience within corporate transportation solutions in Pakistan.

Bykea’s BillToCompany service has been designed specifically to address the challenges companies face in providing daily commuting support for employees. Traditional commuting arrangements often place administrative and financial burdens on organizations, while also being inconsistent for staff members who depend on reliable transport. Through BillToCompany, Bykea allows firms to directly manage and finance commuting expenses for their teams, removing the hassle of reimbursements and reducing the logistical overhead for human resource and administrative departments. BenchMatrix’s adoption of this service reflects its commitment to improving the employee experience by adopting modern, technology-driven commuting solutions.

The introduction of this service is also part of Bykea’s broader vision to expand its role in the business mobility sector. While the company has been widely known for providing ride-hailing services to individuals across multiple cities in Pakistan, its foray into enterprise solutions demonstrates a growing demand for scalable, technology-enabled mobility options. By offering businesses like BenchMatrix a tailored solution that integrates directly into their operations, Bykea positions itself as more than just a transport service—it becomes a long-term partner in enabling efficiency, productivity, and convenience for corporate teams.

With more enterprises in Pakistan looking for solutions to improve staff satisfaction and reduce operational complexity, Bykea’s collaboration with BenchMatrix sets a strong precedent. It signals how digital ride-hailing platforms can expand into specialized business services, offering reliable commuting frameworks that support organizational goals. For BenchMatrix, the partnership ensures its workforce can access smooth, stress-free transport to and from work, ultimately improving efficiency and morale. For Bykea, this partnership adds momentum to its strategy of embedding mobility solutions into corporate structures, reinforcing its position as an innovator in Pakistan’s logistics and transport ecosystem.
