The Institute for Art & Culture (IAC), a leading Pakistani degree-granting institution, has announced its partnership with e-Creatorz (Pvt) Ltd. (EC) to implement eDU SMARTZ, a comprehensive Academic ERP solution. This collaboration aims to enhance the educational experience for students, faculty, and staff at IAC.

The agreement was signed by Professor Dr. Shabbar Atiq, Pro Vice-Chancellor of IAC, and Mr. Sameer Shamsi, CEO of e-Creatorz. Mr. Muhammad Faisal Janjua, Chancellor of IAC, expressed his enthusiasm for the implementation, highlighting its potential to benefit all stakeholders through “360 Degree One-Click Academic Control.”

eDU SMARTZ: A Multi-Functional Solution

eDU SMARTZ is an all-in-one academic ERP system that integrates functionalities across various departments. It combines:

  • Campus Management: Streamlines administrative tasks related to admissions, enrollments, fee management, and student records.
  • Learning Management: Provides a platform for online courses, content delivery, and assessments.
  • Financial Management: Facilitates efficient financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Human Resource Management: Manages employee data, payroll, performance evaluations, and development programs.

This integrated approach allows IAC to streamline operations, improve communication, and gain real-time insights into academic performance.

The institute boasts various centers dedicated to research, innovation, and practical training opportunities. This includes the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC), the Center for Climate and Environmental Research (CCER), and the Center for Energy, Environment, and Economy (CEEE). Additionally, the Center for Well-Being and Positive Psychology focuses on personality development.

IAC’s commitment to student success extends beyond academics. They offer a dedicated Job Placement Centre that assists students in securing employment opportunities. Through their unique “Trainee Architect Program” (TAP), IAC partners with industry leaders to provide practical training for aspiring architects.

With over 1,400 students enrolled in various programs across six schools, IAC plays a vital role in shaping the future of Pakistani arts and culture. The implementation of eDU SMARTZ is expected to further enhance their ability to deliver an exceptional educational experience.
