Boltlike Solutions, a Brillanz Group company and the Official Audience Intelligence Partner of MADsemble 2026, formally launched its next-generation audience measurement and intelligence ecosystem at The Nishat Hotel in Lahore, introducing three integrated propositions that span television, digital platforms, and connected television under a single independent audience intelligence framework. The launch coincided with an industry conversation hosted by Boltlike titled “The Audience We Think We Know: One Audience. Many Screens,” which brought together Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority, broadcasters, media agencies, advertisers, and over-the-top platforms to examine how audience behaviour is changing across screens and what that means for how the industry measures and understands attention.

The three products at the heart of the launch address distinct but connected layers of the audience measurement challenge. BoltTAM is a PEMRA-licensed television audience measurement platform designed to measure television viewing at the individual-viewer level through a representative audience panel, moving beyond household-level estimates toward a more granular and accurate picture of who is actually watching. BoltAI is described as Pakistan’s independent digital audience intelligence platform, continuously monitoring and analyzing millions of videos and audience signals across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other major digital platforms, with cross-platform deduplication between YouTube and Facebook designed to identify overlapping audiences rather than simply summing platform-reported numbers, which typically overstate reach by counting the same viewers multiple times. BoltCTV brings live television, on-demand content, and applications together through a smart connected television experience, creating a new measurable connected-screen environment that fills a gap between traditional broadcast measurement and digital analytics.

The MADsemble session was structured around two panel discussions: “The Viewer,” which examined how audience behaviour is evolving across television, streaming, digital, and social platforms, featuring Umair Masoom, Founder and Group Chief Executive of myco Holdings; Waqas Junaid, Director of Digital Products and Strategy at Jazz; Arij Awais, Director of Marketing and Growth at foodpanda; and Farhan Khan, Chief Executive of Z2C Limited. The second panel, “The Currency,” explored how audiences are measured and how those measurements inform media planning, buying, and advertising investment, featuring Sikander Choudry, Executive Member of PEMRA; Jerjees Seja, Chief Executive of ARY Digital Network; Ateeq Ur Rehman, Chief Executive of WPP Media; and Bilal Qureshi, Founder of Boltlike Solutions. Both conversations were moderated by Maryam Wazirzada, Managing Partner of iris and FranklinCovey Pakistan.

Bilal Qureshi, Founder of Boltlike Solutions and Group Chief Executive of Brillanz Group, said the challenge for Pakistan’s media industry is no longer a shortage of data but rather making sense of billions of fragmented audience signals, and that Boltlike’s ambition is to move beyond counting ratings, views, and followers in isolation toward understanding audiences, what they watch, how they engage, how they overlap across platforms, and where their attention is shifting. Faisal Paracha, Managing Director of Boltlike Solutions, added that BoltTAM, BoltAI, and BoltCTV each provide a different lens on the audience, and that the opportunity is to make those signals increasingly useful together while remaining independent of the buying and selling of media, a distinction intended to address long-standing concerns in the industry about conflicts of interest between measurement providers and media commercial interests.
