Aspire Pakistan continued its InnovateX 2025 Hackathon series with a dedicated session focused on addressing critical challenges in logistics and transportation. Held under the banner of the Industry Problem Solving Series Day 2, the event invited participants and professionals to gain insights from sector leaders who examined inefficiencies that businesses face at multiple stages of the logistics cycle. The session titled The Cost of Chaos Fixing Inefficiency in Every Mile brought together panelists from different segments of the transport and supply chain ecosystem, offering an opportunity for attendees to explore practical solutions for issues affecting delivery flow, operational stability, freight coordination, and overall cost management across industries. The event ran from 9 PM to 11 PM and served as a key feature in Aspire Pakistan’s broader efforts to promote innovation driven problem solving.

The panel included Dr. Adnan Ashraf, who moderated the session in his capacity as Dean at HITMSS. He was joined by a distinguished lineup of speakers including Abdul Mannan, CTO at BYKEA, M Salman, Country Head at LOADR Technology Pvt, Engr. Anwar Shah, Senior Project Manager at CSM Smith Qatar, and Abuzaer Shoaib, Founder and CEO of Errivo Solutions. Each panelist contributed perspectives informed by experience in mobility services, logistics software, infrastructure planning, and technology enabled operations. Their presence added depth to the conversation, helping participants understand how inefficiencies manifest across different segments and how businesses are exploring ways to minimize internal disruptions and external delays. The discussion became a platform to analyze how operational misalignment in logistics leads to loss of time and resources, ultimately affecting business performance at scale.

Throughout the session, panelists highlighted recurring issues faced by logistics operations in Pakistan and similar markets. These include unpredictable routing decisions, fragmented data that slows down planning, limited visibility for managers, and constraints linked with outdated systems. Participants learned how companies working in mobility, freight, and infrastructure are adopting digital tools to increase accuracy and reduce wastage. Abdul Mannan and Salman shared observations from the mobility and last mile delivery landscape, explaining how real time technology has improved coordination when implemented effectively. Engr. Anwar Shah presented insights from large infrastructure projects, showing that broader planning frameworks can substantially improve flow within transport networks. Abuzaer Shoaib discussed the role of technology driven platforms that help align tasks across the supply chain.

Aspire Pakistan used the event to encourage participants to think beyond surface level problems and evaluate the deeper operational causes that limit efficiency. InnovateX 2025 Hackathon continues to emphasize practical problem solving by connecting young innovators, students, and professionals with real industry challenges. By offering access to experts and facilitating live interaction through events such as this panel, the program helps participants learn how logistics and transportation can evolve through structured planning and technology adoption.
