AshreiTech has formalized a partnership with Business and Engineering Trends (BET) to execute a comprehensive Odoo ERP implementation and integration project for Bin Tariq Marine, a leading division of BET. The agreement, signed by Mr. Asad Ullah Chaudhry, CEO of AshreiTech, reflects both companies’ shared vision of leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support long-term growth within Pakistan’s marine and industrial sector. BET, recognized as Pakistan’s largest fiberglass industrial and marine products manufacturer, brings over 40 years of market leadership and a significant footprint in the national marine ecosystem.

Under the MoU, AshreiTech will conduct a thorough system analysis of Bin Tariq Marine’s operations, evaluate existing processes, and perform business process re-engineering where necessary. The engagement includes mapping current workflows, customizing and developing required Odoo modules, and integrating the ERP system with the Yamaha distribution platform to ensure seamless data flow across operations. The company will also provide comprehensive user training to staff, ensuring adoption of the system aligns with the defined project timeline and objectives, culminating in a successful Go-Live of the ERP solution.

Mr. Asad Ullah Chaudhry emphasized the strategic value of the collaboration, noting that enabling a modern ERP architecture for Bin Tariq Marine will provide enhanced visibility, streamlined processes, and long-term operational value. Hamza Bin Tariq, Chief Operating Officer at BET, highlighted the importance of improved integration and process alignment for the organization, underscoring the role of technology in supporting sustainable business performance. Both parties see this initiative as a critical step toward strengthening digital capabilities within the enterprise and ensuring scalable operations across the marine products sector.

This collaboration aligns with AshreiTech’s broader strategy of advancing technology-led modernization across its partner ecosystem. By delivering scalable, intelligent digital foundations, the company aims to enhance operational efficiency, foster data-driven decision-making, and enable future-ready business transformation. The project is expected to set a benchmark in ERP adoption within Pakistan’s industrial and marine manufacturing sector, demonstrating the potential of integrated digital solutions to drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Through such initiatives, AshreiTech continues to expand its portfolio of technology-enabled enterprise solutions, supporting partner organizations in achieving measurable performance improvements and sustainable operational outcomes.
