TechNode, a global innovation and technology services platform, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Khan Tengri Innovation Hub, an initiative of Growth Vision Pro, a Kazakhstan-based business services organization. The partnership is designed to strengthen collaboration between China and Central Asia in the fields of entrepreneurship, market access, and media engagement, while positioning itself as a key bridge for cross-border technology and innovation exchange.
The Khan Tengri Innovation Hub, which was recently launched in Shanghai’s Zhangjiang Science City, is the first dedicated platform to connect Central Asia’s innovation ecosystem with China. Supported by Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, and powered by leading regional technology parks such as Astana Hub and IT Park Uzbekistan, the Hub aims to provide a dual pathway—supporting Central Asian startups entering the Chinese market, and enabling Chinese tech companies to explore Central Asia, the Middle East, and other regions through the Middle Corridor. This initiative marks a significant step toward creating structured access for startups and technology enterprises across the region.
Through the MoU, TechNode and Khan Tengri Innovation Hub will work jointly on ecosystem building, cross-border communications, and market entry facilitation. Activities under the partnership will include co-hosted events, joint content initiatives, and resource matchmaking, all intended to help emerging companies build stronger networks and partnerships. By opening up new channels for collaboration, the agreement is expected to enhance the visibility of Central Asian startups within China while also providing Chinese firms with smoother entry into neighboring markets.
Dr. Gang Lu, Founder and CEO of TechNode, emphasized the importance of this initiative, noting that Central Asia is fast becoming a dynamic hub for innovation and global collaboration. He highlighted that TechNode, with its roots in China and international reach, is well-positioned to build bridges between regions. Leveraging expertise in media, international events, and innovation networks, TechNode plans to help high-potential projects expand across markets more effectively. The partnership reflects an effort to move beyond traditional market entry challenges by offering structured and collaborative pathways for companies.
This collaboration also underlines the growing role of cross-regional partnerships in shaping the future of technology ecosystems. For Central Asian startups, the deal creates opportunities to integrate more deeply into China’s innovation landscape, while Chinese firms gain a channel to explore new markets across Eurasia. Both parties have expressed commitment to long-term cooperation, focusing on content creation, ecosystem engagement, and resource integration that will encourage sustainable collaboration. With an emphasis on innovation-driven growth, the partnership demonstrates how cooperation between platforms like TechNode and Khan Tengri Innovation Hub can advance regional connectivity and entrepreneurial opportunities.
