Jubilee Life Insurance, the largest private sector insurance provider in Pakistan, hosted its second graduation ceremony for the 2024 batch of Tech Graduates at the Beach Luxury Hotel in Karachi. The event honored the achievements of the latest cohort of Tech Management Trainees who have successfully completed a rigorous, year-long program designed to foster learning, innovation, and professional development within the organization.

Building on the success of last year’s inaugural initiative, the Tech Graduate Program has become a cornerstone of Jubilee Life Insurance’s efforts to integrate cutting-edge technology into its core operations. The 2024 graduates played a pivotal role in driving transformative projects within the IT department, contributing innovative solutions to critical organizational challenges under the mentorship of industry experts. Their contributions have not only strengthened the company’s technological infrastructure but have also established a fresh benchmark for innovation within Pakistan’s insurance sector.

The program is specifically designed to empower emerging talent in the field of technology, enabling seamless collaboration across departments while equipping trainees with the tools needed to excel in a dynamic and increasingly digital industry. By focusing on technological capacity building, Jubilee Life Insurance continues to enhance its position as a leader in adopting and implementing innovative solutions.

Speaking at the ceremony, Javed Ahmed, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jubilee Life Insurance, emphasized the organization’s commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering a culture of innovation. “This program is a reflection of our dedication to not only identifying potential but also shaping it to meet the demands of an evolving digital landscape,” Ahmed said. “Our Tech Graduates exemplify how technology can be seamlessly integrated into our operations to ensure that we remain agile and forward-thinking in the face of change.”

Adding to this sentiment, Kashif Naqvi, Group Head of Technology and Project Management at Jubilee Life Insurance, highlighted the transformative impact of the program on both the trainees and the organization. “The Tech Graduate Program represents our vision for technological transformation by equipping fresh talent with the skills and opportunities to grow. The 2024 batch has shown exceptional promise, and we are confident that their contributions will drive meaningful advancements in Jubilee Life’s technological pursuits,” Naqvi remarked.

The graduation ceremony was a vibrant celebration, attended by senior executives, program mentors, and the graduating trainees. Beyond acknowledging the hard work and dedication of the Tech Graduates, the event served as a testament to Jubilee Life Insurance’s ongoing efforts to position itself as a leader in innovation within Pakistan’s insurance industry.

The graduates are now set to embark on the next phase of their professional journeys, taking with them the knowledge and experience gained during their time with Jubilee Life Insurance. The program’s success underscores the company’s strategic focus on bridging the gap between traditional insurance practices and modern technological advancements, ensuring long-term growth and sustainability.

As the graduates prepare to contribute to the organization’s technological and operational landscape, their journey serves as a reminder of the critical role young talent plays in driving innovation. Jubilee Life Insurance’s Tech Graduate Program not only equips participants with the tools to succeed but also demonstrates the company’s unwavering commitment to shaping the future of Pakistan’s insurance industry through technological excellence.
