Knowledge Platform (KP), Pakistan’s premier EdTech company, has teamed up with AFS Intercultural Programs to offer a fully financed scholarship programme for Pakistani students.

The programme is part of the Kakehashi cultural exchange programme, which is funded by the Japanese government. After a thorough examination procedure, Knowledge Platform chose five students from a pool of 5,000 candidates from throughout Pakistan.

Ten more outstanding Pakistani students from prior cohorts completed their scholarship programmes in Japan and returned to Pakistan. This scholarship programme offers Pakistani kids aged 14 to 17 years old a unique and interesting academic experience.

The chosen students will attend conventional Japanese schools and participate in extracurricular activities such as arts and crafts and sports. They will also have the opportunity to connect with and learn Japanese from Japanese students.

This new talent will enable them communicate with Japanese people more effectively. These five students will be hosted by Japan and will come from various cities in Pakistan. In August 2021, these students will travel to Japan and return to Pakistan in March 2022.

These visiting students’ academic schedules include a variety of engaging activities and field trips to make their stay both educational and fun.

Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995.
