The district of Bajaur is to finally get 3S cellular services today in the region, the announcement was made by the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan. According to him, the work on the provision of 3G services in the tribal district has been completed.
Speaking on the matter to the local news, the Minister further said that the longstanding demand of the tribal youth is finally being fulfilled and he also congratulated the people of Bajaur on this historic development. The construction of the grid station will be completed soon for undisrupted power transmission in the area as well, said the CM.
Furthermore, according to the Chief Minister the work on the tunnel linking the district with the Expressway will start soon. However, it is important to state that the 3G service is being launched on the directive of Prime Minister Imran Khan who announced the provision of cellular services in the area during his maiden visit to Bajaur on 15th March.
