The Pakistan Citizen Portal App was launched two months ago and instantly became a hit among the people. The app so far has been successful in dealing with the complaints of people on various occasions.
The success of the app can also be seen from the recent tweet by the Prime Minister himself who on his Twitter stated that the app has crossed the mark of 100,000 resolved complaints in a short span of 60 days. He went on to term it as the highest and fastest grievance redressal in history. Moreover, he further urged Pakistanis to use the app.
However, it is reported that the app tends to mark a complaint resolved without even addressing the issue. Many users of the app have reported that they just receive a call after submitting the complaint, and the status turns to ‘resolved’ without any action taken. Furthermore, there have also been instances where months have passed with no action taken on certain issues.
