The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has launched a WhatsApp Channel for Business Care to quickly respond to public inquiries for company incorporation. In Pakistan’s public sector, the WhatsApp helpline number is a first-of-its-kind service.

By saving the helpline number “03069365625” and then starting a chat using SECP WhatsApp, you can use the WhatsApp service. Users will benefit from a more streamlined experience because this service will provide rapid solutions to their questions about Company Registration, Company Search by Name and Incorporation Number, and Fee Calculator.

Users can also use the Live Chat feature to communicate with a Business Centre officer and exchange messages, audio notes, documents, and photos for complete help and solutions.
This is part of SECP’s ongoing endeavour to make information available to the general public in a more convenient manner.

The SECP also plans to expand the Business Care solution by linking its eServices system with additional capabilities that will allow users to check the status of their eServices cases and record and track complaints using WhatsApp.

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come. CWPK is part of the SPIN/IDG Wakhan media umbrella.
