Premier Energy Organizes Blogger’s Meet Up in Lahore

Premier Group has a presence in six different countries worldwide. In Pakistan the Group has a diverse business portfolio that include Energy, Real Estate, Agriculture and Housewares.

The Group is run by the Mobarik family; a Pakistani Scottish Family and Mr. Usman Mobarik heads the company in Pakistan as the Director. His futuristic approach towards energy conservation and climate change led him to introduce Premier Energy in Pakistan. 

In order to promote awareness on renewable energy in Pakistan, the Scottish Renewable Energy company Premier Energy recently organized a bloggers’ meet up in Lahore. 

The aim of the meet up was to encourage the bloggers to join Premier in the battle against climate change. At the meetup, Premier Energy’s Country Head Mr. Daniyal Siddiqui also introduced Premier’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Audit Program (EECAP) under which their team consisting of Premier’s energy experts conduct a 4 step based comprehensive energy survey. 

Furthermore, he also narrated how Premier Energy is arguably one of the only companies to have believed in purpose before profit and have launched various programs, initiatives and conferences aimed at promoting the use of renewable energy and switching to the most sustainable form of energy.

The official hashtag of the event was #CombatClimateChange. At the event, Mr. Siddiqui a briefed the participants regarding Premier being a paperless organization operating through an integrated enterprise resource planning software SAP B1.

He also explained how Net Metering technology has changed the game of solar business altogether as now people see solar as an investment and not just an expense. 

Ms Haania Ali, Premier Energy’s CMO also introduced a CSR initiative taken by the Group called the Green Brigade; a community of eminent personalities belonging to all different walks of life who believe in the power of Green Energy and support the cause. The Green Brigade aims at increasing awareness and promoting the use of renewable energy resources. 

Concluding, the Director Premier Energy Mr. Usman Mobarik thanked the bloggers community for their belief in the cause and hoped to continue illuminating lives through renewable energy.
