PASHA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gym Passport, a leading corporate wellness platform in Pakistan, aimed at improving health and wellness across the country’s IT and ITeS workforce. The partnership marks a meaningful step in creating healthier, more productive work environments and reflects PASHA’s growing commitment to employee well-being within the technology sector. By fostering wellness initiatives, the collaboration seeks to strengthen both individual performance and organizational culture in Pakistan’s rapidly expanding IT ecosystem.

Under this agreement, Gym Passport will provide corporate membership access to employees working in PASHA-affiliated companies, enabling them to benefit from a network of more than 200 premium gyms across major cities including Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. Members will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of fitness options tailored to their schedules and preferences, promoting an active lifestyle and better work-life balance. In addition to gym access, each membership plan will include a personalized diet plan curated by a certified Clinical Nutritionist from Gym Passport, designed to support improved nutrition, mental focus, and long-term wellness.

The MoU was formally signed by Abdul Wahab, Central Executive Committee (CEC) Member at PASHA, and Yousaf Ali, Co-Founder of Gym Passport. Both representatives emphasized the importance of integrating wellness as part of Pakistan’s broader digital growth strategy. They stated that as the IT sector continues to expand, promoting a healthy workforce becomes vital for sustaining productivity, creativity, and employee engagement. This collaboration aims to make wellness more accessible to IT professionals, many of whom face long working hours and high-performance demands in the digital economy.

Through this initiative, PASHA reinforces its mission to create supportive and people-centric workplaces within the technology industry. The organization has consistently advocated for initiatives that uplift both professional development and employee quality of life. By joining hands with Gym Passport, PASHA seeks to encourage tech companies to adopt a more holistic approach to employee engagement—one that values physical and mental health alongside professional growth. This focus on corporate wellness not only benefits employees but also enhances organizational resilience and innovation capacity.

The partnership between PASHA and Gym Passport serves as a timely reminder that workplace well-being is an essential element of a thriving digital ecosystem. As more companies in Pakistan embrace modern work models, health-oriented collaborations like this one will play a crucial role in sustaining high performance and strengthening the foundation of the IT industry. The agreement highlights PASHA’s continued efforts to create an environment where innovation, collaboration, and wellness go hand in hand, empowering Pakistan’s technology professionals to excel both personally and professionally.
