One Network, in collaboration with Dahua Technology, has officially initiated the development of a cutting-edge assembly line in Islamabad, signaling a strong commitment to local technology manufacturing and industrial capacity-building in Pakistan. The groundbreaking ceremony marked the beginning of a project that aims to enhance self-sufficiency in electronics production and support broader digital transformation goals by fostering homegrown innovation and employment opportunities.

The event was attended by the CEO of One Network, the Country Manager of Dahua Technology Pakistan, and senior executives from both organizations. The formal proceedings were followed by a tour of One Network’s current manufacturing and repair facility located at the One Network Complex in Islamabad, offering a glimpse into the company’s ongoing technical operations and local infrastructure.

Asif Siddique, CEO of One Network, emphasized the long-term impact of the partnership, stating that the collaboration with Dahua Technology is intended to deliver top-quality products while cultivating skilled technical talent and contributing to Pakistan’s industrial ecosystem. He noted that the facility will serve as a foundation for more complex technology initiatives to be developed domestically in the future.

Cao Wenli, Country Manager of Dahua Technology Pakistan, highlighted the strategic nature of the initiative. He expressed confidence that the new facility will improve operational efficiency, reduce costs through local sourcing, and contribute to economic activity in the region. He described the assembly line as a forward-looking step that blends regional integration with manufacturing excellence.

Usama Bin Sana, Chief Business Officer at One Network, shared that the joint effort between the two companies represents a broader vision of empowering the local economy by aligning global technology standards with local capabilities. He said that the facility will play a significant role in nurturing innovation and value creation across Pakistan’s technology sector.

Muhammad Ali, Director of Business Development at Dahua Technology Pakistan, noted that the development of this assembly line stands as an important marker in the company’s commitment to localized collaboration and long-term investment. He said that this move reflects their confidence in Pakistan’s potential to serve as a strong manufacturing base for the region.

This project is expected to increase the availability of locally assembled electronic products, reduce dependency on imports, and enable both companies to respond more swiftly to domestic market needs. By investing in physical infrastructure and skilled workforce development, the initiative supports Pakistan’s broader ambitions to become a more active player in the regional technology supply chain. The partnership serves as a model for other multinational technology companies looking to deepen their presence through production, innovation, and resource-sharing within Pakistan.
