On January 31, the National Productivity Organisation (NPO) will host a webinar on “Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).”

According to the NPO document, business process re-engineering is a technique that organisations use to enhance processes, boost productivity, decrease costs, improve customer service, and gain a competitive edge.

The training’s goals were to provide professionals with in-depth knowledge and awareness of business process re-engineering, as well as to create the necessary competence, confidence, and experience among employees to drive BPR activities independently inside the organisation.

To guarantee that sophisticated tools, processes, and ideas connected to business process re-engineering are understood, in order to assist in the continuation of traditional and regular ways of working, the development of innovative mindsets, and the revival of policies and practises in the organisation.

To enable businesses to focus on customer needs and adapt their internal procedures and processes accordingly, enhancing customer satisfaction and, as a result, market share and profitability.

The programme covers the basics of BPR, three-phased methods and their success factors, the risks of BPR, BPR tools and methodologies, important success elements vs performance driving analysis, and business process re-engineering stages.

Quality managers, quality teams, project managers, project teams, senior managers, team leaders, policymakers, strategists, and business excellence experts will all be in attendance.
