Noshad Minhas, a banking and technology veteran, has been named Chief of Staff of QisstPay.

Noshad Minhas, a banking veteran and fintech enthusiast, has been named Chief of Staff and Revenue Officer at QisstPay, the fastest-growing instalment payment solution for emerging countries.


Noshad’s appointment sets the path for QisstPay to realise its aim of providing Pakistanis with new and enhanced financial technologies. Noshad will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of Qisstpay in order to achieve high standards in quality, processes, and customer experience as Chief of Staff and Revenue Officer.

Noshad has a passion for building outstanding digital banking experiences as a fintech enthusiast with over 18 years of expertise in banking and technology. He has extensive experience working at high levels with Silk Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, and Bank Alfalah.


As a fintech enthusiast, Noshad has played a key role in a variety of initiatives, including cash management solutions, B2B payment portals, employee banking, ADC, wealth management products, private banking, non-resident Pakistani business, lead branch banking, and digital banking activities.

As a fintech enthusiast with over 18 years of experience in banking and technology, Noshad is passionate about creating excellent digital banking experiences. He has substantial experience with Silk Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, and Bank Alfalah at the highest levels.


Noshad has been involved in a number of fintech projects, including cash management systems, B2B payment portals, employee banking, ADC, wealth management products, private banking, and non-resident Pakistani banking.

Noshad was previously the Chief Product and Business Officer of CONVO CORP, a Silicon Valley-based firm. His background as a senior banker and in multinational tech businesses has equipped him with the skills he needs to succeed in both the startup and corporate worlds.
