Nayatel, one of Pakistan’s leading internet service providers, has partnered with eShifa, the digital healthcare platform operated by Shifa International Hospital, to provide free online doctor consultations to its customers and employees. The service, branded as Fauree Mashwara or “Instant Consultation,” enables users to connect directly with certified doctors through the Nayatel App, removing the need for in-person hospital visits, long queues, or waiting for appointments. Typically, a consultation session with eShifa is priced at PKR 650, but under this collaboration, Nayatel customers and employees can access the service completely free of cost and avail unlimited consultations within the terms of the initiative. This collaboration reflects a growing focus on leveraging technology to improve healthcare accessibility in Pakistan and offers a practical solution for individuals seeking timely medical guidance.

Accessing Fauree Mashwara is designed to be simple and user-friendly. Customers need to open the Nayatel App, navigate to More > Discounts & Offers > eShifa, and a unique promo code for the service will be displayed within the application. Users then share this promo code along with personal details via WhatsApp with an eShifa customer support agent for verification. Once confirmed, the user can initiate an online consultation with a certified doctor, receiving professional medical guidance directly on their smartphone. This process not only simplifies access to healthcare services but also illustrates how digital platforms can be leveraged to address challenges in the healthcare sector, including limited availability of in-person consultations, crowded hospitals, and long waiting times. By making medical advice readily available, this initiative supports timely intervention for minor ailments and health inquiries, potentially reducing the strain on hospital resources.

Through this collaboration, Nayatel is extending its services beyond internet connectivity into digital wellness, providing its users with a broader ecosystem of technology-enabled solutions. Fauree Mashwara allows users to seek medical advice from the comfort of their homes, offices, or remote locations, demonstrating a clear alignment between digital infrastructure and health service delivery. Experts in healthcare technology note that initiatives like this signify a shift toward telemedicine and virtual healthcare services in Pakistan, where digital solutions are increasingly playing a critical role in expanding access to care, enhancing patient convenience, and improving overall efficiency in the healthcare system. Such services are particularly important in urban areas where hospitals are often overburdened and in rural regions where access to qualified doctors can be limited.

The partnership also emphasizes the evolving role of telecom companies in delivering value-added services that enhance user experience and engagement. By integrating healthcare solutions within its digital offerings, Nayatel not only strengthens customer satisfaction and loyalty but also contributes to public welfare by facilitating access to trusted medical services. Fauree Mashwara is exclusively available for Nayatel customers and employees, highlighting a targeted approach to combining digital infrastructure with essential services, and establishing a framework for similar partnerships in the future. This collaboration demonstrates the potential of telecom and healthcare sectors working together to deliver meaningful, tech-enabled services that directly improve quality of life, and it may set a precedent for other companies to explore innovative approaches in digital health solutions across Pakistan.

Overall, the introduction of Fauree Mashwara reflects a growing trend in the country toward telemedicine and digital healthcare, while reinforcing the role of technology in creating convenient, reliable, and accessible services for the public. By reducing logistical and financial barriers to consultations, this initiative offers a practical example of how tech-enabled solutions can enhance daily life while supporting the broader healthcare ecosystem in Pakistan.
