Jumpstart Pakistan Brings LIFT Pakistan Week 2018

LIFT Pakistan Week 2018 an initiative by Jumpstart Pakistan is a mega 6-day event filled with activities happening for the first time in twin cities from the 11th to the 16th November 2018 that will be featuring 500-Startups, 50- Academic Institutions and 200- Small and Medium Enterprises and 1500 delegates from all across the globe. The theme of the conference is: Entrepreneurship – The Only viable economic plan for Pakistan.

The key objectives of the weeklong event are to improve the image of Pakistan globally as a country full of opportunities; to promote entrepreneurialism so that Pakistan could become economically independent and to realize its potential through helping young people in business; growing existing businesses and connecting them with oversees Pakistani businesses; Presenting investment opportunities in Pakistan for local and global investors, and to bring about rule of law in every aspect of Pakistani life.

Throughout the week, at various locations the event is to feature keynote talks, motivational talks, fireside chats, panel discussions, startup pitches, success stories, lunch / hi-tea,  networking, knowledge village, innovation village, entertainment, startup exhibitions, session, talks, workshops, parallel conferences, think tanks for policy making on various issues, hackathons and bootcamps. 

The target audiences for LIFT Pakistan are students, startups, government bodies, smes, investors, incubators, trainers, and the expatriate. 

At the event universities can showcase their final year projects at the Knowledge Village, or if you’re an SME looking to scale up you can put up your stall at the Innovation Village, and the top ten startups at LIFT are also to win cash prizes.
